Deep groove ball bearings, as the name implies, are bearings with deep grooves, balls rolling in grooves, and relative movement of inner and outer rings. Among rolling bearings, deep groove ball bearings are one type and the most widely used, which can accommodate radial and bidirectional axial loads, and are also suitable for high-speed applications.
In addition to the split type, deep groove ball bearings are also available in sealed versions filled with grease (double-sided shield type, code ZZ; Double-sided seal type, code LLB, LLU, LLH), other design types (with stop ring type, expansion compensation type, long life type, AC type), etc.
Directly see the inner ball from the side, the type of dust cover is shown in the figure below, the dust cover is generally steel, fixed in the outer ring, and the inner ring sealing surface V-shaped sealing groove forms a maze gap, which can effectively prevent the internal grease outflow and external pollutants from entering.
In addition to the dust cap seal, there are also sealing ring seals, including non-contact (LLB), contact (LLU), light contact (double low-friction torque type, code LLH). The sealing ring is fixed in the outer ring, the non-contact sealing ring and the inner ring sealing surface have a maze gap, the contact type is direct contact, and the light contact type is on the basis of the contact type, optimize the contact mode, reduce friction and increase the speed.
