The wear repair method of Deep Groove Ball Bearing, and the maintenance technology has developed from offline repair to online repair. What kind of technology is more appropriate, has always been a long-standing problem. Among the current several repair methods, the common ones are as follows:
(1) Overall disassembly and replacement with new components is a relatively conventional maintenance method, and storing conventional consumables is also an important measure in enterprise equipment management. This method is usually used when disassembly and maintenance are convenient.
(2) Inlaying non-standard sleeves and repairing non-standard sleeves is also a common emergency measure. The weakness is that the machining accuracy is not high, the contact area with the worn parts is limited, and secondary wear is more likely to occur, greatly increasing production safety hazards.
(3) Repair welding, grinding, and repair welding machine processing are common methods in traditional processes, characterized by high repair accuracy. Its disadvantage is that during the repair process of shafts, it can easily lead to stress concentration or bending deformation of the shaft. The repair welding process cannot avoid the problem of thermal stress, leading to the risk of cracks or even fractures during the use of the shaft, increasing production safety hazards.
