Precision bearings exhibit rust, which not only affects accuracy and surface roughness, but also reduces their service life, and even becomes obsolete and cannot be used. The rust prevention of precision bearing bearings is an important task, especially in the rust prevention between processes. For example, there are many processes after the bearings are pickled, cleaned, and ground in the heat treatment workshop. When the product is not produced using flow production, it must be stored in the central warehouse after processing in sequence, so it is necessary to rust the bearing rings stored between processes.

The traditional method of using the same anti rust oil as anti rust paint and its lack of rust prevention between bearing processes are as follows:

1. Immerse in a rust proof tank

Immersing the bearing ring in a 5% sodium nitrite and 0.6% sodium carbonate aqueous solution has a good rust prevention effect, but it requires many rust prevention tanks and other equipment, which takes up a lot of space and is not convenient to handle.

2. Dip coating with concentrated sodium nitrite solution

After cleaning the product, immerse it in a solution containing 15% -20% sodium nitrite and 0.6% sodium carbonate, and then stack it up. Choosing this method has a shorter rust prevention period, usually lasting only 7-14 days. In the rainy season, due to the humid weather, it is necessary to reprocess it after only 2-3 days, which requires labor and money.

3. Applying oil

Apply similar anti rust paint and the same anti rust oil as the product. This method requires cleaning before executing the next process.
